Order Information

How to Order

New Customer

If you are a new customer you will need to fill out the new account forms below and fax or email them to our accounting department. Once these are received we will send you an email with a customer ID number and assign you a customer service representative.

Note: All new drop-ship or Internet accounts are set up as credit card or pre-payment as initial set up. Terms can be provided after an account review.

Return Customer

If you are an existing customer you can fill out the order form below or if you prefer you can submit an order on your company's letterhead and fax or email the order to your assigned customer service representative.

Shipping & Delivery

We process and ship all orders within 24 hours. If an item is out of stock an ETA date will be provided as confirmation of order. Our drop ship manual is available upon request.

Payment Information

  1. With approved credit from Lyon Mercantile Services, terms are NET 30 days from INVOICE/SHIPPING DATE. Otherwise all orders are PREPAID. We do not offer COD.
  2. We accept payment by check, VISA, MC, AMEX, or DISCOVER.
  3. Overdue invoices of 60 DAYS or more are subject to report and collections from Lyon Mercantile Services. Checks with insufficient funds are subject to a $30.00 charge.

Changing or Cancel Order

Changing an Order?

Most orders you place will enter the shipping process very quickly so we can get your items to you as soon as possible. Orders already in the shipping process cannot be modified. Please call or email your assigned customer service representative to make changes to your orders.

Cancellation Policy

We will accept cancellation of your order for items that have not shipped or that are on backorder. Once an item has shipped cancellation is not possible, but you may return the goods to Zuo's warehouse for a refund. If you choose to return an item that has already shipped, you will be responsible for all shipping costs, both to and from our warehouse.

Returns & Refunds

Return Policy

  • We will accept the return of any UNOPENED PRODUCT with a 30% RESTOCKING FEE within 30 days of the invoice date for credit towards your account.
  • All returns require a RETURN AUTHORIZATION TICKET from Zuo Modern. The warehouse will refuse any returns without this ticket.
  • We DO NOT provide payment for RETURN SHIPPING except for defects or order processing irregularities.

Return Instruction

  1. Please call Zuo Modern at 510-877-4087 for RETURN AUTHORIZATION TICKET.
  2. Once you get a RMA #, fill out the Return Authorization Form and fax it to 510-667-0020 or email it to your assigned customer service representative.
  3. All Zuo Modern products are sealed with a logo tape. The tape must be INTACT to be considered an unopened return or exchange.
  4. If the return is an exchange for damaged merchandise, Zuo Modern will issue a UPS CALL TAG. Otherwise the retailer is responsible for all return shipping.
  5. Credit towards your account will occur as soon as product is received and immediately inspected by Zuo Modern.

NOTE: All requests for returns must be by the RETAILER and not the END USER. All end users must contact the RETAILER they originally ordered from if they wish to make a return.

Please be aware that furniture is highly susceptible to damage during transit. We take great care to pack shipments so that they will arrive safely, so be sure to retain the original packing materials, original receipt and all merchandise tags for any item that you wish to return to us.

Warranty Information

Limited Warranty

Zuo Modern guarantees all furniture against defects in construction for a period of ONE year for Non-Contract items and THREE years for Contract items. When a structural defect is brought to our attention, we will repair or replace it at our option at no charge to the customer for parts and labor. Shipping charges apply.

General Terms

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

General Exclusion

This warranty does not apply to merchandise sold "as is". Defects caused by customer abuse or negligence is not covered. Fabric wear-ability and color fastness for upholstered furniture are not covered by this warranty. The liability of seller for any defect in the affected goods shall be limited to repairing or replacing the goods, whichever seller shall elect. Seller's option to repair or replace is hereby expressly agreed to be buyer's sole remedy. Under no circumstances shall seller be liable for incidental or consequential damages for the breach of warranty of merchantability or for any other reason.

General Care Information

Tips and tricks for keeping your Zuo Modern furniture looking fabulous. Be sure to always follow the cleaning product instructions carefully.

Fabrics

For light cleaning use a damp cloth with a mild fabric cleaner, such as a detergent for delicates.

For tougher stains steam cleaning may be the only option.

Leather

Any standard leather cleaner will work.

Vinyl

A non-commercial vinyl cleaner works best.

Mesh Seats & Backs

Use a damp cloth with a mild cleaning agent, such as fabric cleaner.

Wood

Any standard wood cleaner and preserver will work fine.

Powder Epoxy Coated or Chromed Steel Finishes

Wipe down surfaces with a DRY cloth.

For tougher stains use a mild degreaser, such as citrus degreasers.

Molded Epoxy Coated or Polypropylene

Wipe down with a damp cloth or with a non-abrasive household cleaner.

Glass

A non-commercial glass cleaner works best. Try not to spray any non-glass surfaces.
